A Venue for Private Parties

Our charming and rustic 200 year old barn is set in an idyllic Buckinghamshire location, providing a unique venue for any special celebration and will no doubt make your day one you remember fondly. We are experienced in hosting all manner of parties including birthday parties for 25 years and older, christenings and anniversary parties. Please note we do not do 18th or 21st birthday parties. The barn is set within 4 acres of secured landscaped garden with pond and lovely outdoor sitting area.

The Barn can accommodate around 70 people (or 60 people for a sit down meal). If more guests, more space or a bigger dancing area is required a marquee tent can be added (the marquee and barn are joined by a double door). We have a late license until 12am. Minimum hire is 40 people.

Our aim is to make sure that the occasion runs seamlessly, leaving you to relax and enjoy every minute. Nothing is too much trouble for our friendly team.

2025/2026 Prices

£80/hour - with catering provided by The Barn*
(minimum 3 hours)

What’s included:

  • The barn main hall with bar, outdoor seating and garden, buffet room, kids playroom
  • Crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Waitressing staff and bar staff
  • Marquee tent cost is not included in the Barn hire charge

£100/hour - self catering
(minimum 3 hours)

What’s included:

  • The Barn main hall with licensed bar, outdoor seating and garden
  • Waitressing and bar staff included
  • Cutlery, crockery and glasswear not included
  • Our kitchen and external electricity is not available to use at any time
  • All the set up and clearing up of The Barn to be done by the customer
  • Marquee tent cost is not included in The Barn hire charge
  • If using catering vans generators must be provided by outside catering companies and must be completely self sufficient

£120/hour if you wish to use our crockery and cutlery. We will also clear up the barn afterwards.

Non refundable deposit to secure the date is the £300 + 25% of the total marquee hire cost (if required). Deposit refundable only if the function is cancelled by the venue.

Date can be rebooked minimum 3 months before booked date.

  • Hog roast (minimum 80 ppl maximum 150 people)
