Welcome to The Barn

Our lovely Barn which is a traditional 200 year old building situated in the picturesque village of Hulcott underwent a major restoration was opened to the public on the 27th July 1991. Still keeping the cosy, charming rustic appeal with imposing oak beams and brick walls, with all modern conveniences discreetly to hand. The barn accommodates in total around 70 people (50 people seated with 20 people standing). However if more space is required a heated marquee tent can be added (it is attached straight on the main room through bifold doors). In total we can accommodate 200 people. This flexible space can be personalised for any occasion, whether lavish or casual in style. Also we have 4 acres of secured landscaped garden with pond with outside seating area.
